Hello

I am currently facing an issues with document retrieval in XDOCS400 on our AS/400 system. Whenever trying to retrieve certain documents from the system; I am getting an error message: "Document not found," even though the document exists in the repository.

I have verified that the indexing & document storage processes are functioning correctly. Could anyone provide advice into possible causes for this error / recommend aws developer training troubleshooting steps?

Specifically; are there any known issues related to XDOCS400 integration with the AS/400 system that could lead to this behavior?
